1. This is regarding the Three-Day Blended Workshop on “MS Excel or MS-Ex - 14” for All Officials of Central / State / UTs from 18 Dec, 2024 to 20 Dec, 2024 with a batch size of 40 participants. Course circulars, dated 2024 (in both Hindi and English version), were issued, followed by multiple reminder emails to ensure adequate participation. As a result, 65 nominations were received. Based on course capacity and eligibility criteria, 50 nominations were approved, and confirmations were sent via email and posted on the website.
2. A tentative session plan has been prepared and is provided here. As this is three days workshop and hence group photograph will be required to be done.
3. File is submitted for approval of Director ISTM for the following: -
a. Conducting the online workshop from 18 Dec, 2024 to 20 Dec, 2024 in offline mode in ISTM premises/Lab - 01/04.
b. Tentative session plan.

Public governance is an interdisciplinary field of study centring on relationships of power between government authorities, civil society and the market, in a context of transformations in the ability of political communities to legitimately govern themselves and act effectively.
नीतिशास्त्र का तात्पर्य:
नीतिशास्त्र सिद्धांतों का एक समूह है जो हमारे निर्णयों को प्रभावित करता है और हमारे जीवन की दिशा और लक्ष्य निर्धारित करता है।
एक समाज के अपने नैतिक मानदंडों कमानवीय कार्यों में नीतिशास्त्र की अवधारणा और सिद्धांत , निजी और सार्वजनिक संबंधों में नीतिशास्त्र का मानक सेट अपने लोगों के व्यवहार, निर्णयों और कार्यों के लिये एक मार्गदर्शक के रूप में कार्य करता है।
सिद्धांतों और आदर्शों का संरक्षण भी इसका एक हिस्सा है।
इसकी परिसीमा सिर्फ एक परंपरा या प्रथा का पालन करने से अधिक है अर्थात् सार्वभौमिक सत्य के संदर्भ में इन नियमों के अनुसंधान और मूल्यांकन की आवश्यकता होती है।
